Description: Front: Script at top of postcard reads, Bethany Camp, Winona Lake, Ind.Back: Body of message reads, We got here around noon. Only sixteen years old and younger wear sports clothes. Very formal. Rather nice. Expect to have a nice time. [...] Addressed to, Miss Myrtle Schreiber, 2948 N. Fairfield Ave., Chicago, Ill.
The writer seems to be impressed that attire was on the formal side, and that those 16 and younger could wear sports clothing. Many of the activities at Winona Lake had stated codes and expectations.
