The description printed on the card provides a great deal of information. The Inn, a large hotel, can be seen near the top of the card to the left of the canal. The large wooden pier was popular with visitors. Note the diving board area at the end of the pier. The message penned on the card mentions the chilly temperatures. Cool weeks in August were not uncommon in Winona Lake.
