The Richard M. Fairbanks Center for Communication and Technology as viewed from the roof of Jordan Hall. Fairbanks opened in 2001 and the building was designed by the architectural firm of Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf, Inc. When the 47,700 square-foot building opened it contained the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering, the Department of Telecommunication Arts, the Department of Communication Studies, and the Eugene S. Pulliam School of Journalism. |
