Construction on Clowes Memorial Hall began in August 1960 and the building opened in October 1963. Designed in the Brutalist architectural style by architects Evans Woollen III and John Johansen, the building was named for Dr. George Henry Alexander Clowes. A portion of Lilly Hall is visible to left of Clowes Hall. |
