82Rick Dyer has his opponent all tied up.1Once in the grip of Larry Wampler you haven’t got a chance.r■7Despite a lack of depth, the Univee wrestlers had a verysuccessful 8-4 season. The team was plagued by injuriesand without a heavyweight, the grapplers lost a couple ofmeets due to forfeits.The season was marked by some outstanding individualachievements. Jay Fry, wrestling at 167 pounds, becamethe first Univee wrestler in seven years to make it to thestate finals. He was joined in the winners circle of thesectional by Jud Brewer, who won at 126 pounds. MarcBuffaloe also had a fine year, going 17-1 during theregular season.The members of the junior high wrestling team are (ROW 1): B. Sheaffer, J. Fox, A. Kirk, P. Chambers, B. Crawford, D. Jones, D.
