SENIOR BASKETBALL PLAYERSPhilHe was co-captain in his senior year and filled the position well. He had a hard shot to stop and a good eye for thebasket. He always played to win and was on the team for fouryears as a guard.T omHe had plenty of drive and helped win many ball games withhis long two-handed shots. He always showed good sportsmanship.He was co-captain in his senior year and played four years as aguard.DickDick played on the first team for two years in the centerposition. Many times he was called upon to guard the toughestman on the floor. He always did that job well. He always playedto win.Les/Lester came to Unionville from Nashville and was a greathelp to our ball club. He was a hard player and had a verydangerous one-handed shot. He played in the forward positionfor two years at Unionville and one year at Nashville. |
