Educational institutions protect the child in you. They give you space to play, to explore,to question, to try on different personalities. Lots of other institutions dont value theseactivities. In fact, a lot of people seem to think that graduation is the time to leave thischildish stuff behind, but I dont recommend it.3. Follow your vision. Throw yourself into the things you really love. (If theres nothing youreally love, you need to slow down and immerse yourself in lifes simple joys for a while—maybe go climb a mountain and take a good look around you.) But be aware youll have tocompromise at first. If your dream involves other people, it will take time for you to educateone another. Nothing starts perfect, or thered be no challenge to it.4. Have fun. You deserve it. Ask yourself occasionally, Am I having enough fun, lately? Ifthe answer is no, maybe its time for a change.Safe journey,BH(Bill) |
