One big speech I was always told was donttalk to strangers. But what if a harmless person is justsaying hello? I think that trust is something that islacking in our culture. That is bad.—Safia AnsariC. What is disappearing in our culture? Pogs. Theywere really popular for a while and then they just diedout. I had tons of pogs. I got them all the time. I had,like, 5 slammers (well, I think they are calledslammers). My favorite one had Betty Boop on it. Ihate changing the subject cause I like pogs so much, butdo you remember Alf? Well, guess what—he came back. in pog form!!! I could never figure out what Alf wassupposed to be but I guess that does not matter. I wasjust thinking about something. Did you know thatJohnny Appleseed was from Indiana? I guess that hasnothing to do with pogs, does it? Well, I still have mypogs somewhere and they are gonna come back.
