146Hugh Pratherfrom Notes to MyselfNow that I know rm no wiser than anyoneelse, does this wisdom make me wiser?As the end of my 4*h year at Harmony draws to a close Ireflect on the changes these years have brought, both in my lifeand the lives of the people involved with Harmony School.This year’s graduating class was just beginning when I arrived,the building wasnt yet ours and we didnt have a middleschool. Now, fully entrenched in the Harmony community, Irevel in these changes. Youth I worked with through the jobprogram my first year here are now coming back to sharetheir successes in school and work with me, and to show methe lives they are creating for themselves. We say the jobprogram begins with a dream and we help people make itcome true. More than that, we inspire the courage to dreamand then provide the tools to make it come true - for eachother.1a **4SbW |
