The con-rest was in full swing for two weeks. Manyposters and worlds of campaigning, such ascarrying a blanket during the ball gamesand putting on skits at the pep sessions,made the campaign a lot of fun.The climax of the contest was the beautiful W-nter Wonderland Dance. This was abig mght for Margie; she was crowned thequeen of the dance.She was dressed in a lovely white dressand carried a bouquet of roses and heather.28 |
