As westruggled through the first eight grades wehad many exciting adventures.During our high school days we had many happy and many hectic times. Wehave all worked hard to make our class understanding click.In our Freshman year Mr. Foster Fiscuswas gut sponsor. That year we had a fineFreshman Banquet, and were initiated by theSophomores.Mr. Fiscus was also our sponsor untilChristmas when we were Sophomores. Mr.Fred St. John then became our sponsor.Mr. St. John was also our sponson in ourJunior year. We presented two outstandingplays. Dont Darken My Door and GoneWithlhe Girls. In the spring, we gave aBanquet in honor of the Seniors. Our banquet was held at the Graham Hotel. We enjoyed it very much and are sure the Seniorsdid too.Now, at last, we are Seniors, the one yearWell Always Remember most. This yearour sponsor was Mary France Smith. Wepresented a play Three Old Maid Aunts,which we liked very much. We elected a MissLlamarada which was from our own class.She was Marjie Baugh who reigned successfully over our Christmas Dance WinterWonder Land.We have had many things to be proudof—our plays, our banquets, and all the funwe have had working together. We appreciate the instruction and guidance we have received; and we shall cherish deep in ourhearts the precious memories of our schooldays in E. H. S.THE SENIOR CLASS THEIR DIPLOMAS HAVE WON52 |
