Graduates meet up withpast teacher to look back on and add to a memory from second grade.A group of this years seniors were in Mrs. Rohlfings class,but when they had her in first and second grade she was knownas Miss Whaley. Second grade was a special year for MissWhaley and her students. Her then boyfriend had her classhelp him propose to her by holding up letters spellingout, Willyou marry me? This created a special bond between thestudents and Miss Whaley. They helped her proposal happen,and they were a looping class for her. She made a picture bookof the special occasion and had each student in her class signthe front of it. Then graduation day came around for thesestudents, and Miss Whaley, now known as Mrs. Rohlfing,came to see her students and get a picture with those samestudents who still went to Edgewood.
