Edgewood HighSchool decided to bring backMr. Lee as boys golf coachrafter he stepped down sixyears ago.There was a lot of workto do because we werebehind and we needed to getbusy and get with it becausewe had already missed threedays to begin with, CoachLee said.Coach Lee quicklystepped up and began theboys golf season strong. Asthe season came to a close,it was obvious the team hadimproved greatly. Coach Leefelt that he had coached accessful team, especiallyfor getting a late start.Were not doing too badly.We have been successful.Theyve just been gettingbetter since the year hascontinued on so thats alwaysgood, Coach Lee said.Even though Coach Leefilled in the spot at the lastminute, he said he plans tocome back and coach nextyears team. Instead ofcoaching the girls team like hehad before, Lee will want tocome back to coach the boys.Im looking forward to nextyear because theres mainguys that have played all yearand now theyre coming back,so if we can just get themthrough their issues and getsome consistency itll bebetter, Coach Lee said.1.
