Edgewood High School, El Corral, 2013

Description: A NOTE FROM OUR ADVISERWe started out the year about as inexperienced a group ever assembled. What we lacked inexperience, we made up for in hard work and dedication to completing the yearbook. It was a bumpy rideat times, but anything ever worth having comes with adversity. In the fall, we made a trip to Franklin College for the IHSPA Fall Convention. Ill never forget theexcitement on your faces at the end of the day as you ran up to me with the new ideas youd learned andour conversations on the bus ride home about how you planned to apply those ideas to the yearbook. As a staff, we achieved many firsts this year. We had our first staff pizza party, enjoying the best thatChicagos Pizza has to offer and bonding as a team. We also held our first yearbook banquet, where wehonored the entire staff with awards, slideshows and senior speeches. Additionally, we created the veryfirst chronological yearbook at EHS. This is something you should be exceptionally proud of. You left alegacy at EHS and started a tradition I hope continues for a long time.To our seniors, thank you for being a part of the yearbook staff at EHS. We will miss you every singleday, and I hope you return to visit our team in the future. As you begin new adventures, may you foreverremain Stang strong in every season. God bless!-Mr. SandersBaileyHutchisonJustin VanleeuwenRyan Pursell
