Student Councilorganizes many fundraisers throughout the year; the most important and votedthe most fun is the Riley Fundraiser. For the Riley Fundraiser the StudentCouncil members take turns going to every homeroomasking for donations, and after the two weeks ofcollecting is up, they count the money and figure outthe results. The results of the fundraiser depend onwhich homeroom donated the most money. Thewinning homeroom is awarded witha hot breakfast made by Mr. Ackerman andthe seniors that are a part of student council.I get so much joy out of seeing our schoolwork together to help children near us.This year we raised over $1,300, studentThe donators and workers J.. ., .
