We found twoteachers who admitted trying to make some real moneyor big bucks during their summers. Mr. Burks says, Ihave a job working as a surveyors assistant for a Bloomington company — mainly in construction layout working from a blueprint. Since I am part-time, I do not makebig bucks, but I do get to apply a lot of trigonometry in thisline of work. Mrs. Tuckers attitude was a bit sarcasticwhen she said, If big bucks can be made from garage salesand part time jobs, my teaching days are numbered. Mr.Toney thought it was useless to try to make real moneybecause Donnas too busy spending it!Not many teachers admitted to laziness and sleeping in.Mrs. Schick shows some pent up hostility when she says,Dawn is my favorite time. I rather enjoy using the ridingmower outside the windows of members of the family wholike to sleep in. We think Mr. DeMoss answer is probablya more realistic picture. Im up every day at the crack ofnoon and seldom have the television on for more than 24hours a day, so I resent the question.137 |
