As he walks onto the stage he thinksof all these things. The curtain is closed, andthe actors are in their positions. Rustlingsback stage tell the actors that their extendedfamily is ready. Director Angela OMalleygiving commands on the headset, whileArlena Corzine and her stagecrew are putting props in order. Then the stagecrew isputting props in order. Then the cue is givento draw the curtain. Suddenly he is no longerhimself but a part of Thornton Wilders TheSkin of Our Teeth. The audience sensesthis, and their excitement pushes him evenharder. When its over and the curtain isclosed, all the Masqued Crafters scream.The other actors and he have just done theimpossible: they have transported the audience into the world of Antrobusses, andthe troubles of mankind. And for that theyare proud.Have you ever wondered how it wouldfeel to die for one day? S.A.D.D. (StudentsAgainst Drunk Driving) wondered how students could experience this impossibility.Die Day, December 16, was the time, members wore signs pronouncing them dead —killed by a drunk driver. Several membersdecorated posters and hung them in localbusinesses. The S.A.D.D club goal was tofind a piece to the puzzle which saves a life.Not again! Sabina always stops the play whenwere doing good.The stage crew shows off their handy work.Rachel, Jenny, and Mrs. OMalley put on thefinal touches.drama/sadd53
