Cloverdale congratulates E.H.S. tri-captains.Student Council began homecoming activities with the annualbonfire on the school grounds and aparade including a float from the senior, sophomore, and freshmenclasses as well as various clubs,clowns, the Bloomington vet and vanclub, high school and Jr. High bands,and the queen candidates. The traditional parade started at the fire station and went through downtown El-lettsville. The winning float was madeby the German Club. It was titledBrew those Bulldogs.The evening was highlighted withBobbie Sue Ridge being crowned the1977 Homecoming queen. BobbieSue was crowned by the 1976 homecoming queen, Shellie Richardson.The Mustangs, with a score of 12to 8, defeated the bulldogs addingexcitement to the homecoming.The homecoming events endedwith a dance featuring Together.12 |
