Edgewood High School, El Corral, 1973, Page 74

Description: Track Team HasHigh GoalsTrack at Edgewood and in the state of Indiana has been a minor sport in thepast. Hopefully, with a touch of success by individual athletes, more people willtake an interest in this sport. Edgewood has untapped potential in this area. Withseveral years of hard work the Juniors and Seniors of 1975 could be conferencechamps and be competitive on the state level. Frank Hiatt took one large step inthat direction in the 1972 season. In the conference meet, Edgewood took first inthe two mile and the 880 relay. With a lot of time and effort, Edgewood will havea lot to look forward to in the years to come.■VRow I: R. Graebe, M.
