Triumphantly holding the banner proclaiming him as one of Riley Childrens Hospitals Riley Champions,junior Alexander Rice smiles at the onlooking crowd as senior Faith Groff helps him raise the banner high. 2.At the opening ceremony kicking off the marathon, junior Audrey Deinlein pushes a beaming Riley patientthrough the tunnel formed by the interwoven hands of South students forming a circle around the gym. EachRiley kid attending the even received their own wagon to ride in. 3. At the Care Fair proceeding themarathon elementary kids were entertained with various games, like a cup cake walk. As a member of the RileyDevelopment committee, Lueken spent the whole year establishing relationships with Riley families andmaking sure they would have a great time at the marathon. At the end of the evening, the senior executives present the grand total ofmoney raised.
