The intertesting thing isthat these students still attend South.The university attracts top-notch events andperformances for weekend plans. Sophomore AlexanderAntilla said, It could be dull, it could be another Bedfordor Martinsville... but having IU here, it livens things up alittle. Freshman Ben Wolin agreed, Its just kinda neatliving near one of the main universities in America.A few South students used the convenience of theuniversity to take courses for college credit. SeniorGinmann Bai took an introduction to computer sciencecourse three times a week, along with senior NathanaelODonnell. Its definitely a good experience, a goodchallenge, Bai said.Here, the advantages are we have such a great musicschool, Bai said. ... [You can] take college courses; itsvery diverse, you get to meet a lot of interesting people.The universitys draw of arts, entertainment, athletics,and academics provided not only weekend plans, butcollege plans and beyond for many South students.
