It keeps us loose andour spirits up. We do it at bothhome and away games. Even ifwe are rushed for time, we makesure we get a couple of throwsin, senior Scott Scrogham said.The outfielders started a batritual that involved creating asaying that all of them wouldyell on the count of three.All the outfielders always dothis before games. Onepersons hand goes on top ofthe bat. He has to say the firstcrazy thing that comes to hismind, and then we say 1-2-3and whatever it was, juniorReed Carmichael said.At the top of the Pantherslist were Martinsville andBloomington North. These twoteams brought out the playersstrongest effort.(Its) Past experiences.Mainly just disrespect and ageneral non-liking ofBloomington by Martinsville.With North its just cross-townrivals.
