I really loved all the music in Joseph. It was fun to listen to andwatch. I get a chancein Sounds of South to feel like Im excelling, knowing Im learningsomething new, getting better and getting the attention I need to be abetter singer and performer, sophomore Akaya Birdine said.SOS acomplishments were not limited to the stage, however. Thechoir also finshed second in the state at the Indiana State School MusicAssociation finals held at Lawrence Central High School on April 28.Of her experience in SOS, senior Emily Ellsworth said, You learn alot, and not just about music.
