Theother members of the teamthought it was funny whenJacob fell, and often teased herabout it.It was so embarrassingwhen I fell down. Each timewhen we did the drills I wouldtry to concentrate so I wouldntfall, but I still did a few times,Jacob said.In a home match onWednesday, Sept. 27, the teammet a tough Terre Haute Northsquad. The game was close allthe way through, with thePanthers prevailing 15-8,15-11.In that game we reallyplayed well as a team. Wecommunicated well with eachother and stuck with it and gotthe win, junior Laura Smithsaid.Nicole DiCamilloSenior Sunny Schaeuble, afour-year starter and letterwinner, was a captain and aleader of the team. She helpedlead drills and demonstrated apositive attitude for the otherplayers on the court.Even with a hurt ankle shestill led the team in kills and wasa great captain.
