Someideas were a ValentinesDay dance and a tree salearound Arbor Day.The freshman class believed they were lucky tobe growing up in such achanging time in history.Its very exciting to be ayoung person these days,said freshman Derik Rollins. With a great deal ofpolitical, social and economic change occurringthroughout America, manyyoung students experienced a renewed sense ofimportance.Freeman said, We really have a chance of makinga difference and playing abig part in this nations future.
