Volleyball teams cooperateLast year, both the juniorvarsity volleyball team andthe freshmen team madetheir seasons enjoyable bycooperating and learning towork together as a team.The JV volleyball teamended the regular seasonwith a 7-10 record. Workingas a team helped us toacheive dominion on thecourt, said Emily Robinson.We were able to accomplish most of our goals.South lost the JenningsCounty Tournament, butoverall the team was satisfied with the 1991 season.Although there were a fewbad moments during the season, we still kept the determination and desire that isneeded to win, said Jill Nettleton.The freshmen team,coached by Julie Tupper, finished with a 0-8 record forthe regular season. The Panthers lost the Columbus EastTournament.
