As in the Dea-cathlon, students took testswhich were later graded by aset of judges. It builds understanding of how to worktogether as a team, Granichcommented. Last year thevarsity team took first place,while the junior varsity received third place.South participated inKnowledge Master, a triviagame, as well. As questionsflashed on a computer screenstudents yelled out answersand the team captain wouldtype one in. They finished infirst place at state.Another victory was wonby the Hoosier Future Prob-lem Solving team. LizZircher, Carrie Holschuh,Kim Garner, Allison Garner,and Adam Bennet receivedtop ratings in the regionalcompetition.Finally the Hoosier SuperBowl team won ribbons inevery category at the regional competition. I think wedid very well, said AndreaRadcliffe.
