The cover is madeof durolith material with four process color.The end pages are the result of a photographic and art process which overlaysIndia ink on the photographic surface.After the ink has dried for 48 hours, thephotographs are bleached in a solutionof iodine and potassium iodide, whichcompletely removes the photographicfix solution. The photographs were provided by Chris Rollins. The artwork wasdone by students in Mr. Ackersons artclasses.The GOTHIC measures 9x12 inches trimand is symth (signature) sewn with arounded spine and backed on a 16 pointbinder board. The paper is 100 poundenamel stock.The first 16 pages are four color process. Spot color is used on the divisionpages.The print that appears throughout thebook for body copy is 10-point AvantGarde; headlines are set in 30-pointAvant Garde bold.
