Description: After The Prom Is Over. . .As the students of BloomingtonNorth left the dance floor at twelvea.m. on April 21, 1979, it seemedas if it were the end of a lovely eve-ning. In truth, there were stillabout six hours to go. The students were just changing theirsource of entertainment. Almosteveryone went to the Indiana Universal Memorial Union to playsome games and win some prizesat the post prom.The post prom began at onea.m. April 22, and lasted untilthree a.m. Some of the activitieswere bowling, cards, pool, pingpong, and, of course, eating.As each student came in thedoor, he received a booklet of tickets that entitled him to one roundof each activity, where if he won hewould receive more tickets or asmall prize. Included in the booklet-were tickets for food and for thedoor prizes. Senior Randy Warmanand junior Sheryl Foust were theucky winners of the ten speedbikes.One girl commented, It was avery nice way to end a wonderfulevening.1) Ping Pong ... the sport of all greatCoke lovers.2) Heidi Ringenburg gives lessons on howto become a card shark.19
