Below, a few other leaders share their views.I To be a Cougar Leader you just have to be ableto lead people younger than you, but CougarLeader Council requires the ability to lead people your age or even older. Sometimes juniorshave to tell seniors what to do. But in generala good leader just has a lot of enthusiasm andknows how to make everything fun.-Annie Philippsen, seniorI think being a good leader involves the will tomake others better.
