Alongwith winning $4000 and a fullyears paid tuition at Ivy Tech, thetrio went to Reno, Nev. to compete at Nationals in May. We expected to win (State). After seeingour competition we really thoughtwe deserved to win, Stern said.Many hours were put into creating the presentation, which wasintended to raise awareness aboutthe importance of saving money.The preparation was pretty intense. We periodically formulatedour ideas and spent time creatinga presentation marketing campaign, Zerfas said.All three made major contributions to the team. Stern was theorganizer, and she made sure thatall of the deadlines were met. Aldridge worked more on the technical aspects and received helpfrom technology specialist, SteveCole. Zerfas worked with Stern oncoming up with campaign ideas.All of the collective hard workbrought the team together.Altogether we had really greatteamwork, Zerfas said.MTeaming UpMoney Matters!
