Joe is transformed into a young man, played by Ben Lawson, with enormous talent, and quickly becomes the star of theformerly failing Senators. When he begins to miss his wife, the devil sendsa seductress named Lola to distract him.Senior Grace Rex, playing the part of Lola, felt that bringing hercharacter to life was what made the experience so worthwhile. She said, Ireally do value every minute of rehearsal. I think it is as much fun topractice and develop the character as it is to perform. And plus, it really isa great musical. Senior Leah Gage also valued the time she was able tospend with her classmates during rehearsals. It really brings people together. The production was a great success, and with a cast of about forty students, tech-crew members, directors and a full pit orchestra, there was agreat deal of student involvement in the musical.Abby Dean and Nick RomyAnn Wilson, Rebecca Russo, Andi Dema, and Addison RogersAndi Dema |
