The winterplay this year consists of three,one act plays by Noel Coward.The first act is called StillLife. Still Life is abouttwo people who meet at a trainstation and fall in love. However, they are already marriedto other people.The second act is called,Fumed Oak. This act is adark comedy based in the 30sand 40s, where an unhappyman who was packed into theso-called perfect husbandmold by his wife, gets sick ofbeing pushed around and endsup leaving the family.The final act is called,Hands Across the Sea. Thisact is a light comedy, also setinthe30sand40s. This act isabout a case of mistaken identity that leads to a couple trying to find out who their guestsare, only to find out that theguests who showed up, arenot the guests they invited.The shows are over butnot forgotten.
