The ladies finishedwith a 6-16 record.The record of the Cougars does not reflect the realteam. In Sectionals the Cougars where not expected tosurvive through the firstround. To the surprise ofmany, the ladies foughtthrough to a game with cityrival, Bloomington South.Coach Gina Ingram stated,The game was played intensely and the team played avery solid game. The teamlost to South but finishedstrong. There play inSectionals was outstanding inthe eyes of many fans.The team consisted ofthree seniors: Leigh Brown,Stephanie Nichols andStephanie Mass.
