BagMfcaiayifcijrpww^wwpppwip^^T^JffVWTsr■MAs the new freshmen walk up to BloomingtonHigh School North, many thoughts run throughtheir heads. Will I get lost? Will I fit in? Theseniors are so old and so lucky, this is their lastyear. But as days blend into weeks, the schooldoesnt seem so big and a lot of new friends aremade. They start to realize it was silly to worryabout fitting in, because whether just a fewfriends or a large group, everyone finds his niche. As the year comes to a close, the seniors thatseemed so old are now just friends to say goodbye to.The school year is over and just a short summer lies between you and another 8 to 2:30 day.Talking with friends a little too long makes running necessary to avoid being late. You dread themorning, live for the weekend, and the everpresent race to lunch. And dont let us forget thatthere is a purpose in school other than a sociallife, when we find the time.As the years pass magically turning the freshman into seniors, the reality that life does changebecomes more and more real. The importance ofyour friends that wont always be around is oneveryones mind. And time spent together, though no one really notices, becomes moreprecious. Now the freshmen are those seniorsthat at one time seemed so old, and it is their turnto say goodbye. The years that seemed so long, suddenly are gone.&:■•fp^?^m^:#wiigp#iii|j aspff pppiiwfipwpgipp^V5**:-w -184 |
