Winning is also an important part. Winning takes communicationbetween teammates as well as between the players and coaches. Witheverybody working together, a successful team will be born.In high school sports, it is always hard to form a team such as this.People have found a successful team is made out of players who respecteach other and who get along with each other like a family.We also need to understand that winning isnt everything.
