Love Is Nothing To A Tennis PlayerTP he varsity tennis* team had a solid 10-7record this last season.Coach Joyce Holmes guided her team through thelast Hoosier HillsConference.Coach Holmes statedthat the girls attitudes werevery good, and that theywere a joy to work with.The girls are very out-goingand they feel that the gameis more fun than work.Seniors Sharon Greggand Cathy Terrell went onto college to play tennis.Sharon was undefeated inall seasons and received thegold award. Cathy receivedthe maroon award.Eleven girls are returningthis year, including seniorMary Stuckey who has beenon varsity for all four yearsof her tennis career, andCoach Holmes has highhopes that seniors DianaHendry, Antonia Foias, andsophomore Mini Jain willcontinue to be smashingplayers.1. Nancy Cristoph leans intoher work with a look ofdetermination.2. Alice Rieselbach gives usa hop, skip and a jump tovictory.3. Stretch and win is on DianaHendrys mind.4.
