The typicalfamily, Lindie Stoll, SteveGrubb, and Debbie Durham, aboy and girl for kids and mother.Margaret Lion was a symbol ofprophets who were ignored andTina Dickerson played the ladywho always tries to break upmarriages. The play is a comedydrawing many laughs from theaudience.The spring musical wasbrought back after a one yearsabsence. Last spring DamnYankees, the story of a manwho sells his soul to the devil tobe a hero on a baseball team,was a season hit.The theatre departmentFan club for the baseball team.usually puts on three shows ayear. The weather played a bigfactor in the seasons secondplay, The Great Cross Country Race. The show wascancelled due to lack of rehearsals because of the weather.Theatre gives more than justthe satisfaction of performing onstage or working on props. Youget awards for your performances. The International Thespian Society consists of thosewho have dedicated 100 hoursof excellent work. These hoursmust be in more than one aspectof theatre, such as stage managing, make-up, building sets, etc.New members are added eachspring. They receive a subscription to Dramatics magazineand the satisfaction of knowingtheyve done a great job. TheHarlequin society is for thosewho have worked in one production or more. Theatre productions is directed by Ms. Robinsonand Mr. Hicks.
