99Cries ofBoom-Chicka-BoomBoost Winning TeamsBoom-chicka-boom, chanted the loyal Pantherbackers at BSHS athletic events. 1967 was a yearstrong in school spirit. Color was added to our homegames with the halftime performances of the Pomp-ettes, a newly formed girls drill corps. A malebooster block was organized this year, and alongwith the girl boosters and cheerleaders, strongvocal support was provided for our teams. Theperformances of the BSHS marching band and pepband added spirit and entertainment at halftimes.The fervor and ability of the players and coachesmade 1967 a winning year.
