Around the World in four meetings gave Blue Trimembers a chance to discover A Womens Place inthe World. Guides for the tours, word panel, discussions, and speakers talked on A Womans Placein the World as a Careerwoman, a Homemaker,a Citizen, and as a Child of God. Initiation ofnew members, a Christmas program, and installationof new officers comprised the rest of the meetingsfor the year.Members could be found every two weeks sellingcandy down by the cafeteria, trying to tempt students and teachers alike to buy their wares. Thisproject was to raise money for the Blue TriangleScholarship to IU given at the end of the year tosome deserving member. A service award was alsopresented to an outstanding worker in the club.Leaders of these activities were Scotty Head, president; Suzanne Whaley, vice-president; Marceta Binkley, secretary; and Terri Bruce, treasurer.
