Description: i=\doCKyBloomington High School has wit-ynessed many changes during tire1959-1960 school year. Her population dropped from 2200 to 1400with the completion of the Dyer andBinford Junior High Schools. Academically, all students had to carryfive solids and underclassmen wererequired to have thirty-six credits \for graduation. A daily homeroom jySperiod provided time for club, meet/Vvr Jings, convocations, and pep sessions. \*Because of the homeroom period, itwas not necessary to cut class timefor these activities. First and eighthperiod classes were eliminated by achange in school hours. The hustleand bustle of enrollment day wasvVsimplified by the pre-enrollment of \jA {all students in classes by the guid- /-~\Dance office. There have been numerous and various changes due toBloomington High Schools growth.There will be many more changesfor. Bloomington High will continueto grow.
