Administering the MetMr. Frank L. Templeton, administrative assistant to the superintendent; Mrs. Mary JaneHead, secretary to the superintendent; Mrs. Ruth E. Schurter, bookkeeper for the MetropolitanSchools.Mr. Frank L. Templeton,administrative assistant to thesuperintendent, entered theBloomington Schools as ateacher of special educationand shop courses. His advancement from teacher toadministrator stems from avariety of work experiencesincluding art, music, civil engineering, and high schoolteaching.For many years Mr. Templeton was associated withB.H.S. as a teacher, a department head, a dean of boys,and an assistant principal.Being editor of the Metroscope, a paper which servesthe Bloomington Administration, is one of Mr. Temple-tons newest duties.
