Description: Junior-Senior Hi-YThe purpose of this club is to create, maintain, and extend throughout the school and community high standards of Christian character. ThisHi-Y club of B.H.S. has always sought for and received some of thehighest type boys of the school. Their future record as well as theirrecord in school will verify this statement.One of the highlights of the year for this organization is the initiation of new members as shown here. During the year the club alsosponsors dances, parties, picnics, convocations, a pep session, and inaddition to these some members of the club attend various Hi-Y meetings through the state.During the bi-weekly meetings, the sponsor and program committeetry to bring in speakers who will talk on the four planks of the Hi-Yplatform, namely: clean speech, clean sports, clean living, and cleanscholarship.
