Proscenium PlayersAll cast on stage in five minutes! Every member of Proscenium Playershas, at one time, heard these very familiar words. This year, membershipin the Players has been attained by participating in either a one-act or a three-act play or by doing creditable work on the Tech staff. The three-act play whichwas presented by the Players this year was, Freckles, a play adapted from thenovel by Gene Stratton Porter. Among the one-act plays presented was Cleanedand Pressed, a comedy. This play was given as a convocation. Another playDont Call Me Junior was presented at a night meeting of the club. A make-updemonstration and a movie, Cyrano de Bergerac, were two of the interestingprograms presented during the year. The Proscenium Players has also adapteda new constitution. This constitution does not sanction trying out before spon-ors as a method of membership.
