The Y-Teens offers to theseventh and eighth grade girls advantages fordevelopment of leadership, character, and newfriendship- The candlelight initiation service fornew members is an inspiration to all to fulfillthe ideals of the Y-Teens. One of the socialevents of the year was the annual party withthe Torch Club. The girls in the club also gavea style show and held discussions on manners.The sponsors this year were Miss ArielGreen and Miss Margaret Singer.Torch ClubJunior High School Boys who wish to become members of a club embodying the spiritof true sportsmanship and a club that moldsfine character have the opportunity to join theTorch Club.
