Description:	THE BLUE TRIANGLEThe Blue Triangle is one of the oldest clubsin school, having been organized in 1905. It isa branch of the Y. W. C. A. and has as its purpose To find and give the best, its sloganFace Life Squarely. About 125 junior-seniorgirls enjoy the membership of this club. During the school year they participate in potlucks,parties, welfare work and programs of interest.Each year an event looked forward to by allmembers is the awarding of the Blue Tri rings,symbolic of a girl who has proven herself trueto the Blue Tri code. The officers are: President,Kathryn Alexander; Vice President, BettyWray; Secretary, Lela Jane Ross; Treasurer,Betty Dodd; and Sponsor, Miss Ferger.GIRLS ATHLETIC ASSOCIATIONThe Girls Athletic Association of Bloomington High School was organized in 1926. Tobecome eligible for membership a girl musthave satisfactorily completed one season of anextra-curricular sport. Awards of class numerals, block Bs, and circle Bs may beearned by the girls who continually participatein these sports. This year, soccer, volleyball,tap dancing, basketball, natural dancing, baseball, and deck tennis have been offered. Ourmotto is Health, Happiness, and Efficiency.
