Description:	1 896 found 177 students overflowing thesmall building. Acting on this unavoidablefact the school took up a four-year course inthe old College Building. We of today knowit well. We stiil race madly over to it onrainy days and saunter vaguely toward itwhen the sun feels warm and comfortableon our bare arms. Old Seminary of today isstill sending out students into the world oftomorrow.Hardly waiting for the scholars to get adjusted, the even then elderly building burstinto flames. The town counteracted bywasting hardly a moment before work toresurrect the old faithful structure was begun, and only a short time intervened beforeschool went on.With the birth of the 20th Century,athletics in the form of track was introduced and the superiority of BloomingtonHighs boys proven by the team copping theSouth Central Track Meet.
