Curry, Paul Anderson,Robert Reeves, Robert Curry, Bill Belcher, Ellis Rogers.JUNIOR GIRL RESERVESIn 1924 Bloomington High School found that among her many otherorganizations there had come into existence the Junior Girl Reserves underthe sponsorship of Miss Smith. The membership at that time includedgirls in the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades. Since that time, however,a third branch of the Young Womens Christian Association has been organized in this school and membership in the Junior Girl Reserves is nowconfined to girls in the Junior High School.The club throughout its fourteen years has endeavored to find andgive the best, to face life squarely, and to serve others sincerely.Miss English is now the sponsor of the organization which has sixtymembers.As has been its custom since its founding, the club initiated its newmembers with an impressive candle light ceremony. During the year ithas had as its guests several speakers from the school faculty, from theSilver Triangle, and from its own membership.
