Description: |
IN MEMOR1AM.iIt is with deepest reverence that we pauseat the outset of this book to pay our sincererespects to the memories of two BloomingtonHigh School boys who have passed from usduring the past year.Quiet and unassuming in life, so RussellFish, sophomore, met his death. To say he isgreatly missed by his teachers and classmatesis inadequate. His modesty was highly commendable, particularly in view of the fact thathe was a brilliant student. Russell inspiredhis associates to greater achievements and inso doing he attained a greater glory.Richard Brown, also a sophomore, was thesecond to pass from us during the past year.Although Richards span of life was all toobrief, still it was long enough to leave impressed on all who knew him the memory ofhis willing and cheerful personality. Richardis no longer here but his friendly greetingand happy smile will linger on through theyears to come. |
