Membership is acquiredthrough a tryout in the presence of the sponsors and the members.Good standing is maintained by passing in three subjects and taking anactive part in the program of the club. Membership is limited to eightymembers. The members are organized in five groups, each having asponsor. A group is responsible for one monthly program a year.This year a Christmas play entitled, The Christmas Party was givenby the club, and a three-act play, Jonesy, was presented in April.The purpose of the organization is to create a desire for clean,wholesome, worthwhile plays and to give an opportunity for the members to find expression for their dramatic talent.Page One Hundred Five |
